14-Day Return Guarantee - Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the product.

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, cosmetics, condoms, test strips, and other sealed products, returns are only possible if the seal has not been broken after delivery. Personalized (custom-made) products and products that can spoil within the reflection period cannot be returned either.

For items with a safety packaging, it is not necessary to open them to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you do, the depreciation may amount to 100% if the product can no longer be sold as new.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, or email). You may use the model form provided for withdrawal, but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original, undamaged packaging.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse using the same payment method you used, and you will not be charged any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Packaging Your Return

We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. This packaging protects the product during transport, ensuring it arrives undamaged.

Shipping Your Return

If you return the package, the shipping costs are at your own expense. You must pack it properly, affix sufficient postage, and send it to the return address below (for insufficiently stamped packages we are entitled to deduct costs from the refund; packages not sent to the return address cannot be processed).

Refund of Your Purchase Amount
